It's finally summer! (for me anyway) So i'm going to keep my promise and post wayyyy more (i have a ton of ideas) and i thought why not post my ultimate secret, my go to face mask. I am prone to a ton of breakouts because i have oily skin in my T-zone and through years of researching and being broke i came up with the perfect recipe. The best part is, it can be altered for any skin type. So let's get to it!
Ingredients:
*This is for my combination to oily skin. If you have dry skin, switch out the honey (which is just the base) for plain or greek yogurt. If you have combination or normal skin, use both honey and the yogurt*
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Honey
- Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon
- Turmeric
- Nutmeg

So basically all you do is mix it all together. The pictures kinda show how much i use. If you add too much lemon juice or vinegar it will get runny and drip off of your face so don't use too much of those and plus they are really strong so you only need a little bit anyway. So put it on you face and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. The longer it's on doesn't really have an affect cuz it doesn't dry on your face. You can use it up to once a day (if my breakouts are really bad i'll do that) because it's not a time consuming or a really intense mask because it's all natural. *Be aware it tastes disgusting!* Hpe this works for you and let me know what your go to mask is! :-) Have a great weekend! |
